Terms of Service
Updated 24 October 2026 · Tradenopoly Inc
1. Agreement and seller
These terms govern your contract with Tradenopoly Inc, trading as Tradenopoly. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy Notice and Acceptable Use Policy. Contact support@tradenopoly.com for service or billing questions.
2. Entertainment, not an investment
Tradenopoly is a fictional-company and social business-card game. Play bills, company stock, shares and dividends are simulated entertainment records, not money, cryptocurrency or real securities. They have no cash value, no cash payout and no redemption or withdrawal. We are not a broker, bank, investment adviser or marketing-results guarantor.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Arcade is open to players of all ages. The Economy contains mature themes (simulated crime, lawsuits, jail and corporate warfare); Economy players must be mature enough for that content, and anyone purchasing a membership must be legally able to contract or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and be permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction. Use one account, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. There is no identity-verification step or trading-account requirement. A verified email is required. You may use your own real business name or invent a fictional one; do not impersonate others or imply unauthorized affiliation.
4. Memberships and payment
Arcade accounts are completely free forever. The Economy account costs $9.99 per month and includes a 3-day free trial; a card is required to activate the trial and you are billed $9.99 monthly after it ends unless you cancel. You can cancel any time. A missed payment or an unpaid trial locks you out of the economy immediately and hides you from search; assets are protected for 30 days, after which an unpaid account is deactivated and its assets auctioned. Bank balances are never wiped.
Play bills are earned in-game only. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, withdrawn, exchanged or refunded for money or goods. Membership payments do not purchase play bills or guarantee simulated profits.
5. Starting bills, referrals and dividends
Arcade accounts start with 0 play bills; every new Economy account receives 1,000,000 play bills once. Bills are also earned from arcade play, dividends, trading and the daily lottery (up to 5 tickets, 100x payout for 4 numbers matched in order).
Signups through business, investor or asset cards are referrals. Referral attribution uses game accounts, never email lists. Each referred player who makes it through the 3-day Economy free trial earns the referrer 1,000,000 play bills; referrals that cancel during the trial do not count. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fabricated signups are prohibited. Arcade tournaments rank entrants by play bills earned from arcade play time over 24 hours; the top earner wins the pooled entries and ties split them.
6. Cards, stock, trading, assets and auctions
Each business may hold one card per social platform; Tradenopoly Inc house cards are unshareable. Companies may authorize up to 1,000,000,000 simulated shares and owners keep at least 1%. Share purchases pay 50% to the owner and 50% to the business treasury; shareholders receive 25% of current share value per day and owners 50% of current value on shares sold. Day trading is simulated, uses up to 50x leverage, and does not create share ownership. Investor Robots buy within your selected categories, per-stock allocation percentage and stock-count limit. They hold for the long term, exiting automatically only after damaging arson or negative rumor-campaign news. Players can pull out of stock manually; sale proceeds go to their play-bill wallet, subject to company redemption funding and debt rules.
Only luxury assets are sold through five-minute auctions after a five-minute cancellation window. Business cards cannot be auctioned. Tradenopoly retains 10% of asset sales. Asset editions have limited supply and published drop odds. Bids are escrowed and refunded when outbid.
7. Debt, bankruptcy, cancellation and inactivity
If share redemptions exceed the treasury, the owner's play bills are used next, then assets the owner chooses are auctioned; play is locked until covered. An unpayable debt bankrupts and erases the company, shareholders are notified, and the owner may restart with the same name. Unpaid Economy accounts follow the 30-day lockout rule in section 4. Play bills have no refundable cash value. Request deletion of records from support.
8. Account privacy and player profiles
The Inbox contains private one-to-one direct messages only. Shared Chat Room conversations, held in All Chat and topic rooms visible to signed-in players, and system alerts are separate from the Inbox. Private messages remain subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and may be reviewed when investigating reported abuse; private does not mean exempt from enforcement. Automated in-game police systems scan private messages for sabotage conspiracies and illegal insider trading; confirmed violations result in in-game jail sentences and play-bill fines. Owners and board members of the same company may legally discuss inside trades with each other. Avatar creation offers suits only, with gender, build, skin, hair, suit color and tie/pocket-square color choices. Alternate clothing, shoe choices, watches, jewelry and accessories are not offered.
There are no marketing email lists, email sharing, capturing, routing or exports in the game. Account sign-in information is not a business marketing contact or collectible.
9. Content, intellectual property and acceptable use
You retain rights in your content and grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service. You must have permission for company names, marks and content you use; do not impersonate, infringe, harass, spam, scrape private data, attack the service or manipulate referrals and auctions. We may remove unlawful content, suspend misuse and correct invalid game records. Report abuse to support@tradenopoly.com.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, marketing outcomes or simulated growth. We may maintain, change or suspend features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer remedies remain available.
11. Changes and disputes
We will publish updated terms and give notice of material changes where required. Contact support@tradenopoly.com to resolve a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer law and available local courts are not waived by these terms.
12. Play money
Play bills, stock, shares, dividends, cards and assets are entertainment records only. They cannot be purchased for cash, withdrawn, redeemed, transferred for value or converted to money or cryptocurrency.
13. Outside links and affiliate disclosure
The service may contain links to third-party websites, including links posted by members and affiliate links through which Tradenopoly Inc may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Tradenopoly Inc does not own, control, endorse or guarantee third-party sites, sellers, products or services and is not a party to any purchase you make there. All purchases, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, safety and privacy on those sites are solely between you and the third party. To the extent permitted by law, Tradenopoly Inc is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or purchases on, third-party sites.
Third-party arcade games
Arcade titles are embedded inside Tradenopoly and provided by independent publishers, including GameMonetize. Their advertising remains enabled for all account types. The publisher's terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not control or guarantee ad availability, game compatibility or uninterrupted loading. In-app reload and fullscreen do not bypass publisher ads. Publisher purchases, if offered, are separate from Tradenopoly and do not make play bills redeemable.
