Refund Policy

1. No refunds

All Tradenopoly membership payments made to Tradenopoly Inc are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly renewals, upgrades and partial months. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, unused play bills or cancelled memberships.

This policy does not remove any refund right that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived.

2. Membership and cancellation

Arcade accounts are completely free forever. The Economy account costs $9.99 per month and includes a 3-day free trial; a card is required to activate the trial and you are billed $9.99 monthly after it ends unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Billing page; cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund past payments.

3. Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), contact support@tradenopoly.com and we will correct it. Payments are processed by our payment provider on behalf of Tradenopoly Inc. Referral rewards are play bills only, have no cash value and never grant free subscription months.

4. Play bills and cards

Tradenopoly bills and digital collectibles are play items with no cash value and are never refunded or redeemed for money.

Arcade tournament entries are refunded in play bills only if you leave before the room fills; once a tournament starts, entries are final and the pot is paid to the top earner or split among tied winners.
