Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026 · Tradenopoly Inc

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Tradenopoly Inc Terms of Service. It explains what you may and may not do when using Tradenopoly. By using the platform you agree to follow this policy. Terms capitalised here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. Your account

Arcade is open to all ages. The Economy includes mature simulated themes (crime, lawsuits, jail, corporate warfare); only join the Economy if you are mature enough for that content. You may hold only one account. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not sell, share, transfer or rent your account, and do not create accounts to circumvent enforcement actions, bans or limits.

3. Fair competition

Tradenopoly is a play-money game. You must not manipulate referrals, stock prices, auctions, ads, dividends, Arcade time or tournament results, including by: fake or duplicate signups; colluding with other members to move prices or fix auctions; running coordinated accounts or entering the same tournament with multiple accounts; using bots or automation; or exploiting bugs, delays or errors for gain. Report any bug you find rather than using it.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform to:

  • break any law, regulation or third-party right, including sanctions, market-abuse, insider-trading and anti-fraud rules;
  • commit fraud, send spam, phish, launder funds or process stolen funds;
  • attack, probe, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its APIs, infrastructure, database or any account other than your own;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, spider or bulk-extract data, or circumvent rate limits, paywalls, authentication or entitlement checks;
  • upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the service or other users;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, defame, dox or abuse other members, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
  • impersonate any person or entity, including Tradenopoly staff, businesses or other members;
  • infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, including copying card artwork, avatars, branding or content without permission;
  • misrepresent your trading performance, account data, identity or country;
  • offer or arrange real-money payments between members outside the platform, or sell, resell or redistribute accounts, play bills, cards or other platform entitlements;
  • publish another member's private information, profit figures or P&L data they have chosen to keep private.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to content you submit (messages, playbook images, profile content). You grant Tradenopoly Inc a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload, and you are responsible for your prompts, messages and outputs you share. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor the platform for compliance, and may investigate suspected violations. We may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, forfeit in-app balances and entitlements, reverse invalid referrals, trades, auctions and rewards, and refer serious matters to law enforcement, at our discretion and in line with the Terms of Service. We may refuse service to anyone who repeatedly or seriously breaches this policy.

7. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations or security issues to support@tradenopoly.com. Responsible security disclosures are welcome and should be reported to us before any public disclosure. We may contact you for more information about a report.

8. Related policies

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If any part of this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
