Privacy Notice

Updated 22 October 2026 · Tradenopoly Inc

1. Controller and contact

Tradenopoly Inc is the controller for platform account, game and referral data. Contact support@tradenopoly.com to exercise privacy rights.

2. Data and legal bases

We process your login email, authentication records and membership status to provide your account and subscription (contract). We process company names, card handles, optional public website and phone, card ownership, simulated balances and referral/shareholding records to operate the game (contract). Security and anti-abuse logs support our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. Invoice and accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations.

We do not require identity documents or trading accounts for the company game. Existing historical account records may remain until deletion or the end of their lawful retention. There are no marketing email lists, sharing, capturing, routing or exports in the game.

3. Public cards and account privacy

Shared cards may display company names, handles, avatars and fictional game values. Do not publish private contact details. Your sign-in email is not exposed as a marketing contact, and card owners receive no email lists or exports.

4. Providers and payments

Necessary data is shared with hosting, authentication, storage, security and support providers under appropriate safeguards, and with legal authorities when required. Our payment provider, Xsolla, receives payment, account, order and subscription information to process charges, prevent fraud, calculate configured taxes and issue receipts. Xsolla collects card details directly; we do not store full card numbers. See xsolla.com/privacypolicy for Xsolla’s practices. We do not provide card owners any signup email lists.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while the account is open and needed to deliver the service. On an account-deletion request we remove the account ; limited ownership/referral records may remain to preserve game integrity and resolve disputes. Inactivity closure after 30 days is not a promise that every record is immediately erased. Contact us to request erasure of retained identifying information.

Billing records are retained for applicable accounting and tax retention periods; security and dispute records only as long as necessary for their purpose and applicable legal limitation periods. We review and delete or anonymize unnecessary records. Backup deletion follows the applicable backup cycle. Xsolla controls its own legally required retention.

6. Your rights

Subject to local law you may access, correct, erase or obtain a portable copy of your data, restrict processing, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Account deletion is available from Bank. Email support@tradenopoly.com for other requests. We may verify account ownership before responding. UK/EEA requests are ordinarily answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Other jurisdictions’ mandatory rights and response periods apply.

7. Security and international transfers

We use encrypted connections, restricted access, authenticated ownership checks and protected secrets. No system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process data internationally; applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards are used where legally required. Ask support about safeguards relevant to your data.

8. Storage and changes

Essential browser storage supports authentication, appearance and referral attribution through signup. The referral code identifies the originating card, not a publicly shared email. Non-essential tracking requiring consent will not be added without the required choice. We publish changes here and give notice where required.

9. Public profiles

Your username, avatar, bio, banner, social and external links, companies, company values, cards and account history are public and searchable on the Market and profile pages. Your email address is never shown publicly. Shareholder usernames are visible only to the current card owner, including the owner of the Tradenopoly Inc house card for members who joined directly.
